Beth creates intuitively and spontaneously. Her own inner dictates guide her brush and pen, choosing her color and form. She works in oils, watercolors, pen and ink and polymer clay. Digitally, the computer enables her to develop her visual ideas, her work growing as she paints with light on the screen. “I have always loved horses ever since I can remember. My first efforts of artistic exploration through drawing as a child revolved around the horse. The challenge of capturing, through art, the essence of their beauty, grace, power, sensitivity, natural rhythms & spirit has been a lifelong joy for me. I have been truly privileged to have been able to ride & work with horses through much of my life, Always learning new & better ways to achieve harmony & communication through greater, understanding, empathy & cultivating an intuitive connection with them. This actual communion with them has been an intense inspiration in my art.”
