Shipping
Our products are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be available to you on your order history when your order ships. An email will be sent to let you know the package has been shipped. USPS does not ship to a P.O. box. We will need a physical address to complete your order.
Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don’t know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the location of the specific warehouse shipping your product. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Canadian and International Orders
At this time we will ship to Canada and the United States. Not all IntuHorses products can be shipped outside the United States. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Check a product’s shipping notes while you shop to learn of any possible shipping restrictions for particular products.
Tax and Duty Fees:
Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
