Returns
IntuHorses strives to provide the highest quality of products and services to our customers. If we don't meet your expectations we want to know about it.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. If the wrong product is sent due to a shipping error or if an item is defective, simply returned it in new, unused condition within 10 business days for an exchange or replacement item. All other items returned in new, unused condition within 15 days are eligible for an IntuHorses account credit.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom special order items,
- Any factory sealed items that have been opened.
- Please also see individual product descriptions for special size and color options that may not be eligible for return.
When retuning items to IntuHorses, please take note of the following:
- All returns must be packaged in the original package and in new condition.
- Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instructions and warranty information.
- Before shipping contact IntuHorses via the "Contact Us" form on this website for an RMA (return authorization number).
- We can not accept a return without the correct RMA number. This number enables us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- IntuHorses will credit original shipping charge only if the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
- Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks to complete the processing of your return.
- Send returns to IntuHorses, Ltd. 16354 Claridon-Troy Road, Burton, OH 44021.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return shipment and enclose all appropriate paperwork.
For your protection we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
An account credit, exchange, or replacement from us or the manufacturer will be processed once our Returns Department receives and inspects the item returned.
